Refund Policy
Users are responsible for the content of surveys placed and we cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, errors or ommissions in the surveys that are created and/or issued. If you wish to amend a survey after it has been uploaded you may do so.
Refunds will only be made at the discretion of the management. In the unlikely event of an extended disruption we will review the circumstances and may provide recompense in the way of free credits or an extended subscription period.
